Order Cancellation Policy

We understand that sometimes plans change. Please review our cancellation policy below:

1. Cancellation Window
Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase for a full refund.

2. After Processing / Shipping
Once an order has been processed or shipped, it can no longer be canceled. At that point, it will fall under our Return & Refund Policy.

3. How to Cancel

Include your order number in the request.

4. Refunds for Canceled Orders
Approved cancellations will be refunded to the original payment method depends on payment processor.

5. Exceptions
The following items cannot be canceled once ordered:

• Custom or personalized products
• Final sale or clearance items

6. Right to Refuse Cancellation
We reserve the right to deny cancellation requests if the order is already being processed or does not meet the criteria above.
