Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed, and another notification when your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Estimated delivery times are based on carriers. Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to unforeseen circumstances.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has shipped. Tracking information will be available within 24–48 hours.

Lost or Damaged Packages
We are not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit. If your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim. Save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.
International and US Shipping
For international and US orders, shipping times may vary. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that are applied by their country laws.
